At RumpusRoom Care & Create, we believe that creativity and care for body & soul go hand in hand. Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your deeper mental & emotional world, your inner body landscape, connect to your heart and nurturing your well-being through creative expression and experiment, through breathwork, movement and mindfulness. We get hands-on with art materials, nature elements and all kind of techniques without worrying about being perfect neither about the result. Whether through art therapy, bodywork, or meditative creative practices, we help you break through blockages, overcome obstacles or relieve stress. We can process grief/loss, work on self esteem and empowerment through connecting - all in a warm, safe welcoming environment.
